A name match, geographic link, bank risk policy, and formal sanctions listing are not the same thing; effective follow-up starts by identifying the basis of the decision.

چهار وضعیت متفاوت

Four different situations

A formal listing, a potential name match, a high-risk country link, and a bank's commercial risk decision are four different situations. A useful response is possible only after identifying which basis is in play.

برای تطبیق اشتباه نام

نام کامل، تاریخ تولد، تابعیت و شناسه‌های لازم را فقط از کانال امن مؤسسه ارائه کنید و صریحاً درخواست بررسی تطبیق کنید. اطلاعات شخصی را در ایمیل عمومی یا فرم ناشناس منتشر نکنید.

For a possible false name match

Provide the necessary full name, date of birth, nationality, and identifiers only through the provider's secure channel, and explicitly request a match review. Do not publish personal data in a public email or anonymous form.

اگر دلیل اعلام نمی‌شود

ممکن است مؤسسه به‌دلیل محدودیت‌های قانونی همه جزئیات کنترل را بیان نکند. بااین‌حال می‌توانید تصمیم قابل اعتراض، مدارک قابل ارائه، امکان بازبینی انسانی و مسیر رسمی شکایت را بپرسید.

If the reason is not disclosed

A provider may be legally unable to disclose every detail of its controls. You can still ask what decision can be challenged, what evidence may be provided, whether human review is available, and which formal complaint route applies.
